Samsung has revealed its pre-CES 2024 plans, primed to take centre stage one day ahead of the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, NV, USA. Set for January 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM local time (5:00 PM EST), Samsung's keynote event will delve into Artificial Intelligence (AI), aligning with the evolving focus on AI and Generative AI in recent years.
The electronics giant's much-anticipated CES 2024 keynote will unfold at the South Pacific Ballroom, North Convention Center, Mandalay Bay Hotel. The event, introduced by Jong-Hee (JH) Han, Vice Chairman, CEO, and Head of Samsung’s DX (Device eXperience) Division, will revolve around the theme “AI for All: Connectivity in the Age of AI.” While specifics remain undisclosed, expectations run high for Samsung's unveiling of next-generation TVs, soundbars, home appliances, and laptops during the presentation, likely showcased at the CES 2023 expo floor.
The Samsung booth at CES 2024, accessible from January 9 to January 12, 2024, will welcome media personnel possessing valid CES 2024 passes. The tech giant is anticipated to live-stream its keynote event on YouTube via its channel, Samsung.com, and Samsung Newsroom. Anticipate a glimpse of the new lineup featuring QLED, Neo QLED, QD-OLED, and Micro LED TVs. Additionally, Samsung may unveil fresh projectors, soundbars, and home appliances embedded with AI and Generative AI functionalities.
Building on its technological strides, Samsung has already introduced its proprietary Generative AI model, Samsung Gauss, encompassing Samsung Gauss Code, Samsung Gauss Image, and Samsung Gauss Language. The latter two models are poised for integration across forthcoming Samsung devices, spanning smartphones, tablets, TVs, and beyond.
