As Fortnite lovers await confirmation regarding the upcoming season, Epic Games has confirmed that Grammy Award winner Bruno Mars will be the icon for the upcoming Season 9 of Fortnite Festival, slated for launch on June 18.
The upcoming Fortnite event paves the way for Mars’s debut on the globally popular gaming platform's new festival Main Stage.
What's new in Fortnite Season 9 music pass?
In the wake of Fortnite's announcement, it can be established that Fortnite Shop will feature a Bruno Mars-themed Season 9 music pass, showcasing the 16-time Grammy winner’s outfit from the official music video for "Die With A Smile!"
That said, the soon-to-debut Season 9 of Fortnite will enable players to unlock the heart-holder Dreamer’s Two-Shot Back Bling as a free reward early in the pass. Also, they can get their hands on the premium Heavenly Style after some progression.
“Face the end of the world boldly with love by your side… and uh… some ammunition,” Fortnite stated. Players can also unlock The Last Reprise Guitar, inspired by the music video, as a premium reward in the Music Pass.
The cherry on top is that players can keep the rhythm alive with the premium APT Kit Drums or Bruno-San’s Theme Song Jam Track.
By the time the pass comes to an end, users will have unlocked Dreamer Bruno’s Heavenly Style, being able to look divine even when the party’s over.
Bruno's entry in the game brings him closer to the handful of prestigious musicians who have appeared in Fortnite, including Snoop Dogg, Lady Gaga, and Billie Eilish, among others.
