It feels like the much-anticipated Google I/O 2025 breezed passed in a blink of an eye, and yet painted a picture of what to look forward to from the tech giant in the near future. Much to appease artificial intelligence (AI) freaks, Google recently pulled the veil off Gemini on the Pixel Watch.
In an email sent to Pixel users, the teaser was disclosed while suggesting Gemini Live integration into major Google apps and services.
While excitement around new features on the Pixel Watch is justified, Google has not specified when these updates will be rolledout, leaving enthusiasts only with a vague timeline.
The Pixel Watch has established itself as one of the leading smartwatches with its distinctive design and top-of-the-line features, with the exception of battery life which has remained a concern since its debut.
As its battery often limits the functionality, a significant enhancement is on the horizon with Gemini's addition on the Pixel Watch.
Android Police reported that although Gemini integration is not imminent, it will be available in the "coming months."
It's also being speculated that Gemini might launch alongside Wear OS 6 or with a new Pixel Watch model.
As it stands, users will soon be able to create Calendar events, manage Google Tasks, and make notes in Google Keep using Gemini Live, not to mention the ability to access information about Google Maps.
