  • Download the KE Live app on your device (available on Android and iOS).
  • Enter your 13-digit account number to link your bill. 
  • The KE Live app will notify you a few days before your scheduled reading date. 

For self-meter reading: 

  • Clean the meter for a clear picture. 
  • Avoid shadows or glare. 
  • Click a clear picture of the meter displaying the reading. 
  • Manually type the numbers displayed on the meter into the app. 
  • Submit your reading within 24 hours of the notification.
