What is Samsung Galaxy Ring?
Samsung Galaxy Ring is a rumoured smart ring that could track various health and fitness metrics, such as heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep quality, and stress levels. The device would likely sync with your Galaxy smartphone and the Galaxy Wearable app, where you could view your data and customise your settings.
The Galaxy Ring is not the first smart ring on the market. Devices like the Oura Ring 3 have gained popularity among users who want a screen-free and minimalist wearable experience. However, Samsung could bring some unique features and advantages to the smart ring category, such as better integration with its ecosystem, more sensors, and a sleek design.
Samsung Galaxy Ring availability
There is no official word on when the Samsung Galaxy Ring will launch, but some clues suggest that it could happen soon. Samsung has filed patents and trademarks for the device, and an icon for the Galaxy Ring has appeared in the Galaxy Wearable app. Some reports indicate that the device could launch alongside the Galaxy S24 series, which is expected to debut in early 2024.
