Vivo is gearing up to launch its latest V-series smartphone, the Vivo V50, in India. Recently, the tech giant shared a poster on social media, according to which its upcoming smartphone will be released on February 17. 

The handset received certifications in multiple countries, including Malaysia and Taiwan, indicating a broader release beyond the Indian market.

Vivo V50 specs (expected)

According to previous leaks, the Vivo V50 will feature a 6.78-inch micro quad-curve OLED screen offering a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The device is expected to be backed by a high-capacity 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, the Vivo V50 will be available in three configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM with 512GB of onboard storage.

In the camera department, the Vivo V50 is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera with OIS support and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. Moreover, for selfies, it will sport a 50MP front camera with autofocus support.

The handset is expected to run on Android 15 and Funtouch OS 15.

According to the leaks, the Vivo V50 will likely be priced between $400 and $455. The handset will be available in Rose Red, Starry Blue, and Titanium Grey colourways.
