In an incredible move in the realm of top-tier gaming, Microsoft has launched a beta version of its latest feature, Copilot for Gaming, which is accessible via the Xbox mobile app for iOS and Android.

Offering support with tips, game installations, and various gaming tasks, the new Xbox tool serves as a smart assistant for gamers without requiring them to leave the app.

It's worth mentioning that Copilot for Gaming, currently in beta mode, has purportedly been designed to enhance users' gaming experience by providing quick assistance based on players' gaming history and activities.

The new feature is capable of recommending favourite games, showcasing Xbox achievements, and offering tailored tips or guides for the games currently being played from Xbox's vast library.

Moreover, the feature also enables users to install new games directly onto their Xbox consoles from their mobile devices.

Taylor O’Malley, principal program manager at Xbox, stated: “This early version is built for mobile, so you can use Copilot without interrupting your gameplay. It knows what you’re playing and gives answers based on your activity or play history.”

Imitating the company's other AI-powered agents, the Xbox Copilot feature is also integrated with a customisable voice, while also featuring a chat interface like that of Microsoft Copilot on Windows.
