The Raylix 16A Level 1 & 2 EV Charger is specifically designed for EV users who value portability, adjustable charging settings, and universal compatibility.
Designed to support both Level 1 and Level 2 charging, the charger operates on 110V–240V power and comes with both NEMA 6-20 and NEMA 5-15 plugs. The dual-voltage capability allows users to charge from a standard household outlet or a higher-voltage outlet for faster charging speeds.
One of the charger’s standout features is its built-in display screen. Unlike many entry-level portable chargers that rely on vehicle information, this charger provides real-time charging status and current settings directly on the charger itself.
However, when connected to a NEMA 6-20 outlet, the charger can deliver up to 16 amps of power, providing approximately 15 to 18 miles of driving range per hour. The charger also offers adjustable current settings, allowing users to choose between 8A, 10A, 12A, and 16A depending on their electrical setup.
The charger also carries a 21-foot charging cable, portable design, and included holder, making it suitable for daily charging needs whether at home, work, or while travelling.

Reasons to buy
Built-in display screen
The integrated display screen provides real-time charging information, allowing users to monitor charging status, amperage settings, and charging progress without relying on a smartphone app.
Dual Level 1 and Level 2 charging
The NEMA 5-15 and NEMA 6-20 plugs provide flexibility to charge from standard household outlets or faster 240V outlets depending on availability.
Adjustable current settings
Users can select from multiple amperage settings (8A, 10A, 12A, and 16A), making the charger adaptable to different electrical circuits and charging requirements.
Compatibility
The SAE J1772 connector supports most EVs and plug-in hybrids sold in North America, providing broad compatibility across multiple brands.
Reasons to avoid
No Wi-Fi or smart app connectivity
Those looking for remote monitoring, charging analytics, or smartphone controls may find the lack of app support disappointing.
Tesla adapter sold separately
Tesla owners have to purchase a separate J1772-to-Tesla adapter before using this charger.
Not ideal for large-battery EVs
Owners of long-range EVs might find the 16A charging speed limiting when faster overnight charging is required.
