Apple iPhone 15 made its debut in India in September 2023, alongside the iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max models. Available in three storage options, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB the base iPhone 15 series model is powered by Apple's A16 Bionic chipset and operates on iOS 17.
Currently, it's being offered at a discounted rate on Flipkart as part of the ongoing Valentine's Day Mobile Bonanza, running from February 9 to February 15.

Offered in Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Yellow colour variants, the base iPhone 15 was initially priced at INR 79,900 for the 128GB version, while the 256GB and 512GB options were listed at INR 89,900 and INR 109,900, respectively.
Currently, the 128GB variant of the iPhone 15 is listed on Flipkart at INR 66,999, giving a discount of INR 12,901. HDFC credit cardholders can further avail themselves of a flat INR 2,000 discount, reducing the price to INR 64,999.

Customers of Citi Bank, HSBC, DBS, and Bank of Baroda can also enjoy an additional 10% discount of up to INR 1,500, resulting in an effective price of INR 63,499 for the handset. Additionally, offers mentioned on the Flipkart product page of the iPhone 15 indicate that Flipkart Axis Bank Credit cardholders may receive up to INR 3,300 cashback, according to Gadgets360.

Regarding specifications and features, the base iPhone 15 model features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness and Ceramic Shield protection. It also boasts a Dynamic Island feature and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The device runs on the A16 Bionic chipset and includes a dual rear camera system comprising a 48-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The front camera features a 12-megapixel sensor, and the phone is claimed to offer up to 26 hours of video playback time.
