Samsung has officially announced that it will launch its new XR headset, powered by Android XR, at its Galaxy Event, named World Wide Open.
The company is planning to rejoin the virtual reality (VR) segment with a new device, dubbed Project Moohan, also known as Galaxy XR.
Galaxy Event 2025 Pakistan date
Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy Event 2025 will take place on October 21, in which it will unveil new products with the aim of enhancing the XR experience.

Samsung will livestream the Galaxy Event 2025 on October 21 at 7am in Pakistan. You can easily watch the event through the Samsung website and YouTube channel.

Galaxy XR headset features
The Galaxy XR headset is developed by Samsung, in partnership with Qualcomm and Google. It is equipped with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon XR2 chipset and runs the Android XR operating system.
The headset will be a competitor to the Apple Vision Pro. Unlike traditional VR headsets, the Galaxy XR has passthrough cameras that will allow users to see the real world, all the while launching floating apps and windows that can float or be pinned to objects.
