As the Humane AI pin is gearing up for its potential launch in the near future, Humane, the manufacturer, has started teasing insights into the functionality and the manner in which it goes along with the integration of some basic apps like Google Photos.

While the spy-type gadget is away from being on the market shelves, in this article we aim to enlist a substantial chunk of its features, specifications and the way it works.

Humane Ai Pin features

The Humane Ai Pin comes with a 13MP ultra wide camera, entailing a f/2.4 aperture, allowing users to take photos by just double-tapping the touchpad with two fingers, using your voice, or with the laser display.

As its name suggests, the “Ai Photographer” of the gadget “captures three images in a burst to ensure the best results” and then “performs colour correction and denoising.” These pictures can be viewed from the laser display right after being captured.

Humane Ai Pin is capable of immediately uploading the low quality pictures to the Humane.Center cloud/web using the LTE, which comes for a mandatory, monthly subscription $24. Meanwhile, when switched to Wi-Fi with good battery health of the Humane Ai Pin, high resolution pictures are uploaded.

The uploaded high-res photos can be exported to Google Photos app if you manage to establish a connection between Google and Humane.Center. This connection will also keep your Google Contacts in sync between the two platforms: Google and Humane.Center.

The search giant recently hinted at the integration of Google Calendar, stating that the feature is “coming soon,” and once out in the open, the device will also let users inquire about the upcoming events listed on the Google Calendar as well as about the hosts, duration, venue, and invited people.

Besides these, other third-party platforms for contacts that are linkable with the gadget include Apple/iCloud and Microsoft.
