Nothing Phone 2a tipped to resemble upcoming Galaxy S10

Nothing, the UK-based mobile manufacturer, stole the spotlight this year by releasing a budget phone, the Nothing Phone 2.

However, the company seems committed to stride with the same posture and possess the same spot for a little more, considering the leaked renders of its upcoming smartphone, the Nothing Phone 2a.

Nothing Phone 2a camera

At the back of the phone, there's this cool double camera setup in the middle with three symbols — not as many as the top-notch gadgets from this company usually have.

As per what TechRadar reported, the arrangement of the cameras department is reminiscent of what tipster Yogesh Brar had hinted at earlier, and it looks a lot like the rear camera setup on the Samsung Galaxy S10 from 2019. The prolific speculator also suggested that there might be some "interesting design choices."

Nothing Phone 2a hardware and performance

The device is tipped to boast the mid-range MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor, commonly seen in China-based handsets, mostly. Roussel also claimed that the Nothing Phone 2a might launch at the Mobile World Congress (MWC), which is scheduled for the end of February next year.

This seems like it's gearing up to compete with the Google Pixel 8a, which is also anticipated to be released in 2024. Nowadays, many phone companies offer both high-end and mid-range choices, so there's nothing out of the ordinary about what Nothing is doing in that regard.

Display

The internet has been buzzing with Rumors about Nothing Phone 2a, indicating that the phone would come with a 6.7-inch display, the same size screen as the flagship Nothing Phone 2.

How much Nothing Phone 2a will cost

The Nothing Phone 2 costs $599 / £579 / AU$1,049, which is quite affordable for a top-notch phone. If and when the Nothing Phone 2a is released, it's expected to be even cheaper.
