Oppo launched its new smart wearable, the Oppo Watch X2, in China and global markets on Thursday along with the Oppo Find N5 smartphone. The watch supports more than 100 sports modes, offering a smooth usage experience.
The Oppo smartwatch has an optical heart rate sensor and is capable of measuring blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels. Gadinsider has compiled all the features, along with the price details.
Oppo Watch X2 features
The Oppo Watch X2 runs on Wear OS 5.0 and includes a proprietary Real-Time Operating System (RTOS). It features a 1.5-inch (460x460 pixels) LTPO AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 2,200 nits and 310ppi pixel density.
The smartwatch has a 2D Sapphire crystal cover with titanium alloy bezels. The wearable is powered by a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset alongside BES2800BP MCU.
It carries 32GB of RAM. The Oppo Watxh X2 offers a 60S health check-in feature to provide instant wellness assessment of key metrics like heart rate, blood oxygen, and wrist temperature in just 60 seconds.
Notably, this data can be accessed on the paired phone's OHealth app. Oppo Watch X2 features an EKG electrode for monitoring arterial stiffness and ECG readings. The wearable has a feature to identify issues, like sleep apnea and irregular breathing.
It has MIL-STD-810H durability and an IP68-rated build. It has dual-frequency GPS (L1 and L5 bands) for location tracking. The device allows wearers to control paired smartphone cameras remotely.
Moreover, users can control video playback through the smartwatch. Further, it lets users respond to texts and emails, and control music directly from the wrist. It comes with access to Google Maps, and Google Wallet, and has support for Google Fast Pair.
The Oppo Watch X2 sports a 648mAh battery and it is claimed to deliver up to 120 hours of battery life for standard use in smart mode.
It is claimed to provide up to 16 days of battery life in power saver mode.
Oppo Watch X2 price in China
The price of the Oppo Watch X2 is SGD 499 (approximately INR 30,000) in Singapore. It is listed for preorders in the country in Lava Black and Summit Blue colour options.
