Realme V20 was released in June, 2022. The phone built includes a glass front and plastic back and frame. Display technology of the phone is IPS LCD with 400nits typical brightness. The device can produce 720 x 1600 pixels on a 6.5 inches screen.

The OS running onboard is Android 12 (ColourOS 12) that in turn is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 700 chipset, paired with Mali-G57. The Dimensity 700 processor can clock up to a max 2.2GHz.
