The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Multan has announced the results of the 11th class annual exams on Wednesday.

The BISE declared 42,730 students successful out of 74,363 who appeared, for an overall pass percentage of 57.46%.

According to the BISE Multan, there would be no supplementary/second annual examination for intermediate Part-I candidates, adding that a private candidate who appeared in the Part-I (11th class) examination and obtained less than 33% marks in any subject(s) or remained absent in that part will be allowed to reappear in the Part-I examination w.e.f. the forthcoming first annual exam.

As outlined by BISE Multan, "Furthermore, if a regular/private candidate who passed his Part-I examination and did not appear in the Part-II examination beyond the period of two years, such candidates will be required to reappear in the Part-I (11th class) examination as a private candidate. Such candidates will not opt for the practical subjects at the level of the intermediate examination while again appearing in the 11th class examination. "

The board advised the heads of the institutions to get the printout of the result intimation cards of their institution through the online system by using their login and password. The result cards must be attested and stamped before being issued to the candidates.

Such candidates, the statement added, who obtained less than 33% marks in subject(s) can get readmission in Part-I either in the same group in combination or any changed group/combination.

However, candidates who have passed overall must cancel their Part-I results before readmission by depositing the requisite fee within 15 days of the result declaration. They will not be entitled to the position.

The candidates can apply for rechecking within 15 days of the declaration of the result if they desire to do so. The re-checking form, along with the fee, is available on the BISE Multan website.
