Ahead of the event's commencement, a notable entry from the lineup, the AMD Ryzen 5 8600G, has made an appearance on Geekbench, shedding light on its core specifications. Intriguingly, the benchmark not only discloses crucial details but also indicates an impressive performance level that surpasses a renowned graphics card in the market.

The leaked benchmarks uncover notable features of the 8600G, showcasing a six-core CPU operating at a base frequency of 4.35GHz coupled with the Radeon 760M GPU.

Impressively, it secures a Vulkan score of 30,770 points. In direct comparison, the Nvidia GTX 1060, currently ranked as the third most-used graphics card globally according to Steam statistics, achieved 30,186 points. This implies that the Radeon 760M exhibits slightly superior performance compared to the GTX 1060, at least in this specific performance test.

However, the Radeon 760M fell short in the OpenCL test when matched against the GTX 1060. In this aspect, AMD's graphics card amassed 20,358 points, while Nvidia's counterpart soared to 34,507 points.

Nevertheless, these results signify a remarkable advancement in integrated graphics capabilities, showcasing their ability to rival discrete graphics cards, despite being pitted against a seven-year-old mid-range model.
