As the name suggests, Tecno Pop 6 pro is the pro variant of the same model, which was launched on September 17, 2023. Featuring a 6.56 inches IPS LCD display, with 720 x 1612 pixels of resolution, the phone weighs 195g — a breezy affair for a modern phone.
The Pop 6 pro comes with Tecno’s own HiOS 8.6, a customised OS based off of Android 12 (Go edition). It sports Mediatek Helio A22’s 2Ghz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by a micro SD card.
The dual setup of the main camera can capture 8MP, HDR photos and 1080p videos at 30fps, while the front camera is a simple 2MP drop notch on the screen. All of this is powered by a standard 5,000 mAh battery.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an accelerometer, and a proximity sensor. The phone comes in Peaceful Blue and Polar Black colours.
