Tecno has launched Tecno Spark Go 1, a new addition to its Spark series, with various impressive features and upgrades.
The Chinese mobile phone manufacturer’s latest Tecno Spark Go 1 is an entry-level device running Android 14 and identical to the recently launched Tecno Pop 9 which recently debuted in Nigeria.

Display
The Tecno Spark Go 1 features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. The display has a hole punch for the selfie shooter. The phone also features a Dynamic Port feature that displays notifications around the front camera and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication.
Storage
Tecno Spark Go 1 builds on Unisoc T615 chipset equipped with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage while the 8GB onboard memory can be expanded up to 16GB by adding additional unused storage.
Camera
It flaunts a dual rear camera setup comprising a 13-megapixel primary sensor with dual flash. However, there is an 8-megapixel camera at the front for video chat and selfies.
Speaker
It includes dual speakers with DTS sound which offers an IP54-rated build and an IR control.
Battery
The smartphone boasts a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. The battery unit can deliver up to 60 days of standby time and up to 31 hours of calling time on a single charge.
Tecno Spark Go 1 pricing and availability
Tecno Spark Go 1 pricing is yet to be revealed. It is available on Tecno's website in two colours including Glittery White and Startrail Black.
It appears that Tecno is also working on new tablets named MegaPad 10 and 11 and is also expected to release the Phantom V Fold 2 and V Flip 2 shortly.
