Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Buds 5 Pro series, alongside the flagship Xiaomi 15 Ultra and SU7 Ultra EV. These earbuds feature an industry-first dual-amplifier triple-driver acoustic system, ensuring high-fidelity sound with reduced distortion.

Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro specs
The Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro supports a coaxial triple-driver setup, such as an 11mm dual-magnetic dynamic driver and a planar diaphragm unit, ensuring a frequency range of 15Hz to 50kHz for great highs, deep bass, and more.
They are powered by Qualcomm’s aptX Lossless codec for 48kHz/24-bit high-resolution audio, featuring a Harman tuning such as a distinctive Harman Master sound profile for a streamlined listening experience.
The Wi-Fi edition comes with a next-generation Wi-Fi audio transmission at speeds of up to 4.2Mbps, supporting the standard Bluetooth rate and allowing studio-grade lossless audio when coupled with compatible devices, such as Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
The device includes a 55dB ultra-wideband adaptive noise cancellation and a 3-mic AI noise reduction system, exceeding up to 100dB of background noise.
The earbuds feature an independent spatial audio system with dynamic head-tracking, creating a 360-degree immersive sound field, and supporting personalised spatial audio calibration. Smart features include AI-powered real-time speech-to-text conversion with 98.7% accuracy along with face-to-face translation and simultaneous interpretation.
For connectivity, the Buds 5 Pro features a Type-C charging case. The Bluetooth variant offers up to eight hours of standalone playback and up to 40 hours with the case, while the Wi-Fi edition provides up to 10 hours of standalone playback and 40 hours along with the case, due to massive 64mAh battery per earbud.

The price of Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro is 1,299 yuan (approx $178), while the Wi-Fi edition is priced at 1,499 yuan (approx $206). The recently introduced earbuds are offered in Snow Mountain White and Titanium Gold.
