Xiaomi has launched the Smart Speaker Pro, an advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-powered speaker, with the Super Xiao AI voice assistant. The device has launched, alongside with the release of the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro at the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and SU7 Ultra launch event.

The Xiaomi Smart Speaker Pro supports the advanced Super Xiao AI with a cutting-edge language model for natural, multi-turn conversations and context retention. It lets users provide continuous voice commands without repeating wake words, while a triple-microphone array offers precise recognition.
The device features a 2.5-inch full-range speaker unit, offering dual passive radiators, with 12W output, providing an acoustic user experience. The sound system is especially designed to offer crisp audio, and deep bass, ensuring a well-maintained audio experience.
The speaker supports stereo pairing, enabling users to connect two units for an immersive and crisp sound setup. In addition, it entails a dynamic light band that synchronises with music playback, improving the listening experience with a highly interactive element.
Moreover, it sports a holistic smart home control system via HyperOS, offering hands-free operation for Xiaomi IoT devices. It supports voice commands for several devices at once and can create automated routines depending on user habits.
For connectivity, the device consists of Bluetooth 5.0 for stable wireless connectivity, and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz/5GHz) for improved overall performance. Moreover, it features a Type-C audio input, enabling users to connect external devices such as desktops, laptops, and more for wired audio playback.
