
The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) has made available its most recent performance report on Pakistan's airlines, ranking the domestic carriers based on the punctuality and regularity of flights from January to June 2025.
The PCAA report showed that the most punctual airline in Pakistan was Air Sial, with 66.85% of its domestic flights departing on time. Fly Jinnah was a close second with 59.79%, followed by Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) in third with 54.84%.

Whereas, Airblue and Serene Air finished a respective fourth and fifth with 49.16% and 43.94% of flights departing on time.
Regarding the regularity of flights and cancellations, Fly Jinnah was the most frequent, with a rate of 95.46%, followed closely by Air Sial at 94.57%, and PIA in third place at 94.18%. Airblue (90.07%) and Serene Air (89.11%) rounded out the results.

The PCAA’s mid-year report for performance 2025 confirms that private airlines in Pakistan continue to rank as more punctual and reliable than the national flag carrier, PIA.
Furthermore, the report suggests a growing competitive environment, and operational improvements are a developing dynamic for the domestic airline industry in Pakistan.
