If anyone is applying from PakID mobile application, then they don't need to visit Nadra centre and standing in the long queues, waiting for their turn.

Earlier on Monday, Nadra announced that citizens can now easily register for their CNIC without the birth certificate.

"If the parents are deceased, they should come with their brother or sister who has an identity card," added Nadra.

The parents' names, date of birth, and place of birth will be recorded on the identity card according to the information you provided and will not be changed for life. The authority has set discount on birth certificates until December 31, 2026.
