While fans eagerly await updates regarding the highly-anticipated Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 6, its rival, MindsEye gameplay trailer has been released.
This highly anticipated game comes from former Rockstar North president Leslie Benzies and is set to launch later this year for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
Although Benzies is the original creator of Rockstar Games’ GTA series his MindsEye has no relation to the series. Build A Rocket Boy, the developer behind MindsEye, lifted the veil off the trailer during the PlayStation State of Play event.
Several fans have drawn comparisons between MindsEye and the GTA series, particularly GTA 6, which is currently in the development process.

MindsEye is a third-person action game set in a futuristic world where artificial intelligence (AI) and human greed threaten the planet's stability, the game’s description reads.
The game features Jacob Diaz, a protagonist equipped with a mysterious neural implant known as the MindsEye, which provides him with disjointed flashbacks of his past.
As Jacob navigates this complex world, he must confront the consequences of unchecked military power, high-tech experimentation, and the impact of AI on society.
When will GTA 6 be released?
Regarding the release date of GTA 6, onlookers must know that the game is expected to be released in Fall 2025; however, the lack of updates from Rockstar has sparked speculation about a potential delay.
