Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has released the package preference phase of pilgrams under the Direct Hajj Programme for the Hajj 2026 season with an aim at providing better services.
Pilgrims in countries covered by Saudi Arabia’s Direct Hajj Programme can now easily review and shortlist Nusuk Hajj service packages by level, content and cost, and to select up to five preferred options for the 1447 AH – 2026 season ahead of the official booking phase.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stated that The Nusuk Hajj platform includes digital tools such as "package comparisons, preference indicators showing popularity trends, instalment-based deposits via a digital wallet, and access to an officially approved list of service providers."
The ministry said this step is intended to facilitate pilgrims make informed choices ahead of the official booking phase, while giving service providers early insight to prepare for the upcoming Hajj 2026 season.
Ministry of Hajj and Umrah urged eligible pilgrims to register or update their information on the Nusuk Hajj platform and ensure the accuracy of personal data and documentation. It encouraged pilgrims to add family members planning to perform Hajj under the same application to streamline verification and speed up approvals.
Nusuk Hajj platform is the sole official and approved platform for Hajj services in countries covered by the Direct Hajj Program and warned against dealing with unauthorised or unaccredited providers to avoid any type of scam, according to the ministry.
Meanwhile, "Hajj arrangements in other countries continue to be handled through approved local channels in line with applicable regulations," added Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
More information on participating countries is available at Nusuk.sa, while registration and profile updates can be completed at Hajj.nusuk.sa, the statement said.
