Merchantile, in collaboration with Jazz, announced Pakistan’s first-ever official iPhone Exchange Programme, letting customers exchange their PTA-approved iPhones (iPhone 11 or higher) for the latest iPhone 16 models.

This programme provides an easier path to owning Apple’s newest technology, enabling users to easily exchange their current devices and pay only the remaining balance.

Available exclusively at select Jazz Experience Centres in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, the programme addresses the common challenges of selling or upgrading older devices.

Mercantile standardised valuation ensures users receive a fair price for their eligible iPhones, while Jazz offers a seamless sign-up process through its widespread network.

Mercantile Pakistan CEO Nauman Durrani stated: “This launch simplifies how people in Pakistan can access the latest iPhone models. By working with Jazz, we’re offering a clear, straightforward way for customers to upgrade from older devices and enjoy a better user experience.”

Jazz Head of Marketing Ali Fahd noted: “As a digital leader, Jazz is committed to bridging the digital divide in Pakistan. Our partnership with Mercantile to launch the first iPhone exchange Programme reflects our focus on innovation and customer convenience. By making the latest iPhone devices more accessible, we are empowering customers to enhance their digital lifestyle with seamless connectivity and value-added services.”
