The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) on Monday urged parents to update B-forms of their children in order to avoid any issues during school admission.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Nadra advised parents to promptly apply for the issuance of B-forms for kids — if they are turned three — to avoid any inconvenience
In its advisory, the authority said that once your child turns three years old, the previously issued B-form expires, and a photo B-form is required for further official records.
To get a new photo B-form, you can visit nearest Nadra centre along with your child, or apply from the comfort of your home through the Pak-ID mobile app.
Last week, Nadra urged citizens to collect their Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs) after issuance within the given time.
The authority stated that CNICs that remain uncollected are disposed of after three months, then applicants need to reapply and pay the prescribed fee to have the card reissued.
