Netflix was backed up after experiencing a significant outage for six hours in the United States (US) on Friday. The platform grappled with an outage during the live boxing match featuring Mike Tyson and Jake Paul.
According to Downdetector, an outage tracking website that collates status reports from several sources, less than 100 user reported issues accessing Netflix as of 5am ET.
At its peak on Friday, the Netflix outage affected over 12,000 users, according to Downdetector. However, the issue has since been resolved.
