Samsung’s upcoming mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A36, has surfaced in new leaked renders, revealing a fresh design, updated camera layout, and four colour options.
The leaks come after similar renders of the Galaxy A56, hinting at Samsung's 2025 Galaxy A series lineup. The smartphone offers a refined look and potential hardware upgrades, the Galaxy A36 is expected to be a promising addition to Samsung’s popular mid-range category.
Samsung Galaxy A36's new camera design and colour options
The latest renders, shared by tipster Evan Blass (OnLeaks), showcase the Galaxy A36 in four colour variants: Olive, Purple, White, and Black. While Samsung will likely assign unique marketing names to these shades, the colour choices align with recent trends in smartphone aesthetics.
Moreover, a significant update is the camera island, which now features a single vertical strip rather than three separate camera lenses. This matches the Galaxy A56’s design, making both phones look nearly identical. The sleeker, more uniform layout enhances the phone’s overall appearance, giving it a more premium feel compared to its predecessor.
Samsung Galaxy A36 performance and charging Leaks
The Galaxy A36 has also been spotted in multiple certification listings, hinting at fast charging capabilities. The FCC, which regulates electronic devices in the U.S., lists the A36 with 25W wired charging.
However, another certification suggests the phone may support 45W fast charging, a claim backed by several leaks. While there is some uncertainty about the final specs, users can expect at least a moderate boost in charging speeds.
