Samsung is working on two new mid-range 5G smartphones, the Galaxy M06 5G, and the Galaxy M16 5G.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Samsung India confirmed that both the upcoming Galaxy smartphones will be launched in the country soon.

While the exact launch date has yet to be announced, a promotional poster suggested that the handsets will be available for purchase in India via Amazon.

Samsung also revealed the rear camera layouts for the Galaxy M16 5G and Galaxy M06 5G through the endorsement postings.

The Galaxy M16 5G features a triple-camera setup arranged vertically within a pill-shaped module. Two sensors are housed in a larger cutout, while the third sensor is placed in a smaller slot.

On the other hand, the Galaxy M06 5G has a dual-camera setup within a vertical pill-shaped module, accompanied by an LED flash unit. The camera island is situated in the top left corner of the rear panel.

Additionally, the Galaxy M06 5G with model number SM-M166P appeared on Geekbench, suggesting a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM.
