The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to receive significant camera upgrades in the upcoming year, while other versions, including the Vanilla S25 and S25+, will not. Numerous rumours about the S25 Ultra's camera system are circulating on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Reports suggest that the South Korean tech giant is likely to introduce the latest 1/2.76" ISOCELL JN1 sensor in the S25 Ultra, which is smaller compared to the sensor available in the S24 Ultra with a 50 MP resolution.

Additionally, a 3x telephoto camera is expected to be integrated with the latest 1/3" Samsung ISOCELL sensor, which is comparatively larger than the S24 Ultra’s sensor, also supporting a 50 MP resolution.

Moreover, Samsung is seamlessly working on new algorithms that would certainly enhance the quality of videos and photos, elevating the user's experience. However, no further details have been revealed yet, and reports have claimed that it is too early to share any other information.
