WhatsApp, the Meta-owned messaging app, is set to launch a new feature for all users across the globe, as a new report has surfaced from a credible source in the sphere.
The report suggests that a new upcoming feature on WhatsApp will generate users’ personal images using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
It’s been a while since Meta AI was introduced to Whatsapp, allowing users to chat with an AI chatbot and get answers to their queries. This marks an overall great addition to the app.

According to WABetaInfo, the new beta version of WhatsApp will allow users to generate pictures using this technology. As the new feature card was disclosed with version 2.24.14.13, the report stated that WhatsApp will use a combination of images provided by users, text prompts, and Meta’s AI Llama model to get the job done.
Coming to the procedure, users ought to type “Imagine me” in the instruction prompt in Meta AI, or in WhatsApp chat by typing “@Meta AI imagine me.”
Although the Privacy policy for this feature is a bit unclear, the report claims that no one other than Meta AI would be able to read commands to generate images of users.
As far as the rollout of this feature is concerned, there’s no indication of when (or if) this new feature will be generally available.
