Xbox Game Pass is a subscription service that offers a vast library of games to play. However, games can leave the service at any time. Today, four games will be removed from Xbox Game Pass including Shadow Warrior 3, Airborne Kingdom, Offworld Trading Company, and The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

What's happening?

These four games will leave Xbox Game Pass later today, around the end of the day in local time. That means there are only a few hours left to play them before they go.

Shadow Warrior 3 is an action game and takes about 5.5 hours to complete, while Airborne Kingdom is a city builder playable in a single campaign.

Whereas, Offworld Trading Company is a strategy game building trading empires on Mars and Texas Chain Saw Massacre is a survival horror game of escaping cannibalism, tense and intense.

Today's departures will balance out the new additions to the Xbox Game Pass from the first half of August 2024. It would put no net gain in content over the last two weeks for the service.

However, Microsoft hasn't disclosed the second wave of its August 2024 Xbox Game Pass lineup, so it’s still unknown what new games are coming.

Moreover, the Core Keeper and SOPA: Tale of the Stolen Potato are lined up for release in the second half of August 2024. The releases include Core Keeper, which will be launched on August 27, and SOPA, which currently doesn't have a stated date of release.
