Claude Sonnet 3.5 features
The company itself touts its prowess, claiming the existence of capabilities that can outperform Claude 3 Opus, which is the most potent version from the earlier generation.
According to the remarks of a company official, the Claude 3.5 Sonnet is more powerful and affordable than the Claude 3 Opus, which Anthropic is expected to release in the near future.
Artifact feature on Claude 3.5 Sonnet
One of the most remarkable Claude 3.5 features is Artifact, a nascent feature which would enable a sandbox view users upon being asked to generate code snippets, website designs and more.
Regarding its seamless performance, the Claude 3.5 Sonnet offers a 200,000-token context window only for $3 (roughly Rs. 250) per million input tokens and $15 (roughly Rs. 1,254) per million output tokens.
Having scored 88.7% in 5-shot on the Massive Multitask Language Understanding (MMLU) benchmark and 92.0% in 0-shot on the HumanEval benchmark, it's claimed to be twice as fast as the Claude 3 Opus model.
