Honda is ready to launch its new S7 SUV, Dongfeng Honda, on March 6 and the car may debut with Huawei driving solutions. The company will likely use the smart car driving solutions of both Honda and Huawei to deliver an advanced SUV experience.
Earlier, Dongfeng Honda announced to unveiling of a new brand named “YE”. However, the latest promotional teasers don’t show the respective terms, while the company might have other plans for the particular brand.
The company will use two parallel car solutions: Honda Sensing 360+ and Huawei driving solutions in the S7 SUV.
Moreover, it will feature a collaborative Honda-Huawei light field screen solution, which is identical to the AR-HUD technology.
S7 is built upon Honda’s pure electric W architecture and equips a 3-in-1 high-power drive motor with an all-aluminium cover, high-density battery, and a split-isolated battery cooling system.
The car has a wheelbase of 2930mm and 4750mm in length. It reflects a banner-style front grille layout with the through-type LED light strip.
S7 runs on a dual-tone three-spoke steering wheel and integrates artificial intelligence (AI) smart tech.
