In an effort to grab a bigger portion of the AI developer market, Google has expanded the capabilities of its AI Studio with an integration of a new Prompt Gallery feature.
Not only does the addition of the new developing feature just expand the tools available in AI Studio, but also also sprinkles a slew of magic to facilitate developers working with the Gemini API.
Announced by Google AI Studio Product Manager Logan Kilpatrick on X (formerly Twitter), the rollout propels Google to an enchanting era of increased accessibility and functionality of its AI development ecosystem.

“We just shipped a new native prompt gallery in Google AI Studio. Test out long context, native multi-modal (image, video and audio), structured outputs, and more!” tweeted Kilpatrick.
Google AI Studio's pre-build prompts
The Prompt Gallery is already famed for featuring a diversity of prompts that are pre-designed to come up with responses that boast the prowess Google’s Gemini models possess.
These prompts cater to a spacious sphere of AI applications, ranging from practical AI tools to creative tasks. A few of the most significant prompts in Google AI Studio are as follows:
- A JSON schema-based recipe listing generator
- A math tutor for quadratic equations
- A worksheet generator for elementary math educators
- A scavenger hunt creator
- A unit testing tool for Python functions
- A trip recommendation system
- A time complexity analyser for optimising functions
- An image-based object identifier
The aforementioned prompts reflect the multifaceted use cases of the Gemini API, which serves both technical purposes like code testing and time complexity analysis, and creative ventures, such as recipe creation from photos.
“AI Studio now has a Prompt Gallery feature. I feel like AI Studio will become more usable than Gemini soon,” remarked @testingcatalog, an industry observer, on X (formerly Twitter).
