Good news for Pakistanis willing to perform Hajj in 2026, as the registration date for the Private Hajj Scheme 2026 has been extended until October 22.
The extension in the Hajj 2026 scheme's application deadline was announced by the Ministry of Religious Affairs on Friday.
It was learned that the delayed last date for the Hajj 2026 scheme would help fill the remaining slots for the next year's pilgrimage under the private scheme.
Private tour operators are repoted to have booked around 55,500 pilgrims so far, leaving 4,500 spots still available.
An official from the ministry said this decision aims to ensure all available seats are filled before making final arrangements for Hajj 2026.
Those wishing to perform Hajj under the Private Scheme are encouraged to complete their bookings before the further extended deadline to avoid missing out on this sacred opportunity, Bloom Pakistan reported.
