If you catch a Shiny Elgyem, you can eventually develop it into a Shiny Beheeyem. The Combat Power and stats of Pokémon GO monsters are the same for both regular and shiny forms. Elgyem and its Shiny form have identical 1566 CP; the stat distribution includes 148 ATK, 100 DEF, and 146 STA.

How to get Shiny Elgyem
Pokémon GO does not offer a guaranteed way to encounter Shiny creatures, but there are ways to boost your chances. Events featuring Elgyem, such as the Spotlight Hour, can increase its wild spawn rate, allowing you to meet Elgyem's Shiny chances.
Several in-game items can help to enhance wild spawn rates. The more Elgyem you face, the faster you will be able to catch up with its Shiny chances.
Lure Modules, Incense, and the Weather Boost effect can dramatically boost the pace at which wild monsters reproduce. Using these items at the same time can compound their effects and significantly enhance the rate of wild Pokemon spawning within a restricted region of influence.

Whereas Pokémon GO Lure Modules and Incense need manual activation, the Weather Boost is a passive effect that activates under specified weather situations.
Elgyem's natural spawning rates rise in windy locations. You must find a PokeStop or Gym with such weather, attach a Lure Module, ignite a Pokémon GO Incense, and go through the region of impact.
In addition, doing so during events featuring the monster can combine the benefits with the already increased wild spawn rate, perhaps matching Elgyem's Shiny chances.
How to get Shiny Beheeyem
