Karachi Traffic Police has launched 11 facilitation centres — 'TRACS E-Challan Sahulat Centre' — for citizens, where you can easily lodge a complaint or request a review about a wrong or mistakenly issued e-challan. 

According to officials, the introduction of the automated traffic monitoring system, high-tech cameras have begun detecting traffic violations and issuing electronic challans to violators across the metropolitan city.

Each centre includes officers such as a Superintendent of Police (SP), a Citizens Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) representative, and a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Traffic who are dedicated to resolving citizens' complaints efficiently with a calm attitude.

Motorists or car drivers with doubts about their e-challan are advised to visit the nearest facilitation centre and lodge their complaint; an on-duty officer will issue a receipt, register your complaint, and temporarily pause payment until your case is being reviewed.
