Huawei's newest foldable smartphone, the Mate X7, is now officially available in international markets. Only a few weeks after making its debut in the Chinese market, the device is now accessible outside of China.
The latest model in Huawei's high-end foldable range, the Mate X7, offers a number of improvements over its predecessor.
Huawei Mate X7 specs
The Mate X7 has two displays: an 8-inch inner display when unfolded and a 6.49-inch outer display.
Smooth scrolling and increased battery efficiency are made possible by both displays' LTPO OLED technology and variable refresh rate, which ranges from 1 Hz to 120 Hz.
Additionally, the phone has 1440 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming to lessen eye strain, especially while using it in low light.
The new Kirin 9030 Pro chipset, which is intended to provide enhanced performance and power efficiency, powers the device.
For improved usability, the Mate X7 also has a slightly larger battery and an improved telephoto camera.
The phone also boasts IP58 and IP59 classifications, which provide better protection against water and dust.
The Mate X7 comes with a single memory configuration of 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage and is sold worldwide in three colour options: White, Black, and Nebula Red.
