Apple is reportedly working on big AI advancements for iOS 27, which is set to debut in June 2026 and release in September.
According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the future Apple Intelligence upgrade will include an AI-powered online search engine.
According to Gurman, the business is also contemplating a graphic overhaul of Siri. iOS 26.4, which is due out next spring, will include AI advancements for the helper.
However, the new interface will be released later with iOS 27, in line with Apple's overall AI approach.
In addition, Apple is building an AI health assistant to help users with the company's planned Health+ service.
The feature is likely to be subscription-based, boosting Apple's investment in personalised wellness technology.
If the project works, Gurman believes Apple will be one of the first large tech companies to make substantial progress in the health AI chatbot sector.
