MG has officially announced the launch of its all-new second generation HS in Pakistan on April 24, 2026 (tomorrow) at 6:30pm, offering drivers some advanced features and a better experience on the roads.

The company, in its Instagram post, revealed that the second-generation MG HS will be offered with two powertrains, which includes:

  1. Hybrid, which MG calls Hybrid+
  2. PHEV, which MG calls Super Hybrid

It is important to note that in Pakistan, crossover SUVs got a major boom, nearly all major launches from 2025 up to now have been crossover SUVs, with very few additions in the sedan, hatchback, or full-size SUV categories.

With demand for electrified crossover SUVs on the rise, the second-generation MG HS arrives at the right time. Its pricing will be just as important, given how fiercely competitive this segment has become.
