OnePlus 12 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, which is the latest and most powerful processor from Qualcomm. The Pixel 8 Pro uses the Google Tensor G3 chip, which is Google’s first custom-made processor. Both chips are based on the 4nm process and have 5G connectivity.

OnePlus 12 has more RAM and storage options than the Pixel 8 Pro, ranging from 12GB/256GB to 24GB/1TB. Pixel 8 Pro only has 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Both phones use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 or 4.0 storage.
OnePlus 12 has a larger battery of 5,400mAh, compared to the Pixel 8 Pro’s 5,050mAh. OnePlus 12 also supports faster charging, with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. The Pixel 8 Pro has 30W wired and 23W wireless charging.
Camera and software
OnePlus 12 and the Pixel 8 Pro have similar camera setups, with 50MP main, 48MP ultra-wide, and 48MP or 64MP telephoto lenses. While OnePlus 12 has a 16MP selfie camera the Pixel 8 Pro has a 10.5MP selfie camera. Moreover, OnePlus 12 also has a dedicated image processing chip called Display P1, which was developed by OPPO.
