The ChatGPT Enterprise was rolled out on August 28 last year, followed by the ChatGPT Team and ChatGPT Edu respectively in January and May the ongoing year.
With the ChatGPT Enterprise, corporations can access ChatGPT's recently launched model, the GPT 4o, along with longer context windows, data analysis and customisation.
Regarding the ChatGPT Team, it's a different version of ChatGPT Enterprise which is specially tailored to cater to the needs and preferences of subordinate segments of a company as well as small and medium businesses.
Lastly, ChatGPT Edu is primarily designed to serve teachers and students and entails an array of features integrated to serve a similar purpose.
“More than half of Enterprise, Team and Edu seats are outside the U.S., with Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom as the top three non-U.S. countries,” the company said. “We’re seeing traction with the world’s most important companies and organizations, including Arizona State University, Moderna, Rakuten and Morgan Stanley.”
