Google’s Pixel series is substantially ideal in the entire market in this area, which is currently offering seven years of software support. Last year, Google launched the Pixel 8 series which eventually extended.

Pixel devices that consist of seven years of software support
- Pixel 9 Pro Fold — Operating system (OS) and security updates until August 2031
- Pixel 9 series — OS and security update until August 2031
- Pixel 8 series — OS and security updates until October 2030
- Pixel 8a — OS and security updates until May 2031
Pixel devices that consist of five years of software support
It is important to note that not all the devices consist of seven years of software support. A few older devices arrive with a five-year OS update promise.

- Pixel Fold — OS/security updates until June 2026/June 2028
- Pixel Tablet — OS/security updates until June 2026/June 2028
- Pixel 7a — OS/security updates until May 2026/May 2028
- Pixel 7 series — OS/security updates until October 2025/October 2027
- Pixel 6a — OS/security updates until July 2025/July 2027
