
Realme 12 Plus 5G has been officially confirmed to be unveiled soon. The company has announced the launch date of the handset in Malaysia. The design and colour options of the smartphone have been revealed. Separately, the company has teased the launch of Realme 12 Plus 5G in the Indian market where it is going to launch soon.
It’s significant to note that the Realme 12 Pro 5G and Realme 12 Pro Plus 5G were unveiled in India last month. Now, the company looks ready to bring Realme 12 Plus 5G to the lineup in India.
According to Gadgets360, Realme Malaysia confirmed in a Meta-owned Facebook post that the Realme 12+ 5G will be launched in the country alongside the debut of the Realme 12 Pro Plus 5G on February 29, with preorders for both phones in Malaysia available from February 16 to February 29.
Realme 12 Plus 5G design and colour options have also been unveiled, showcasing a beige and green colourway of the Realme 12 Pro models introduced in India earlier this year.

Additionally, Realme has teased the Realme 12+ 5G launch in the Indian market, with a microsite now live on the company's Indian website. While the page doesn't explicitly mention the Realme 12 Plus 5G, it hints at a "One More Plus" model, featuring a green faux leather finish and "unseen 12 upgrades."
Realme 12 Plus 5G specifications
The rumoured specifications for the Realme 12 Plus 5G include a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, with RAM options ranging from 6GB to 16GB and storage options from 128GB to 1TB. The phone is expected to sport a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen and a 5,000mAh battery, with dimensions of approximately 162.95mm x 75.45mm x 7.87mm and a weight of 190g.
Realme 12 Plus 5G camera
The Realme 12+ 5G is speculated to feature a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. The front camera is expected to house a 16-megapixel sensor, while the global variant may feature a dual rear camera system with a 64-megapixel primary sensor.
