Xiaomi has officially announced its plans to hold a dedicated launch event on February 22, where it will unveil the Xiaomi 14 Ultra specifically for the Chinese market.
With the confirmation of the launch date, the company has started teasing its high-end flagship device. The initial official images of the smartphone have been revealed.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra, as shown in the official images, sports a design that appears to be an evolution from its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. While not entirely different, the device showcases a sizable circular camera module housing four cameras, accompanied by a dual-LED flash unit and prominent Leica branding at the centre.

Regarding the display, the images suggest that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra's screen is neither entirely flat nor does it have the similar kind of curvature that was seen on previous models. The micro-curvature on all four edges offers a premium appeal.

Both the white/silver and black variants of the device boast a leather finish on the rear. However, reports indicate the existence of a blue variant featuring a glass back, potentially exclusive to the Chinese market. Additionally, there are indications of a special titanium edition, likely limited to China.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is scheduled to be unveiled alongside the Xiaomi 14 for the global market on February 25. It is anticipated that the phone may be available in black and white/silver variants only outside of China. Furthermore, the company is also expected to unveil the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro tablet at the China launch event on Feb 22.

The full specifications of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra have already surfaced through leaks. Interested readers can go to the official MI website to check everything about it.
