Samsung is reportedly working on its new Galaxy S27 series, expected to launch next year with advanced features to provide a better experience.

A recent leak claimed that the Galaxy S26 series successor will come with UFS 5.0 storage, designed for mobile applications and computer systems, which need high performance. The upcoming Galaxy S27 Ultra is rumoured to come with a custom Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset, offering you more controls to have lag-free experience while playing any game, like PUBG Mobile, COD Mobile, and more.

What to expect from Samsung Galaxy S27 series?

As per rumours, Galaxy S27 series would come with a 200MP quad rear camera setup, giving you control to take picture of any subject or object that is far away from you.

As the company reportedly plans for UFS 5.0 storage, it is important to note that Samsung reconsidered its initial plans due to the rising cost and challenges in production.

In October 2025, the Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC) unveiled the UFS 5.0 standard, which offers improved performance for artificial intelligence (AI)-driven systems and mobile devices. It offers a bandwidth of up to 10.8Gbps, compared to the 5.8Gbps delivered by UFS 4.0 and UFS 4.1.

It is designed for meeting the demands of AI applications and is claimed to maintain low-power consumption. Samsung has yet to officially reveal the launch date, features, and other key details of the upcoming Galaxy S27 series.
