Tech giant Google has brought an exciting AI Industry Fellowship Pakistan, a four-month, production-focused course designed to create 100 new AI opportunities in the country.
This initiative, a move believed to facilitate Pakistan's corporations in upskilling with AI and digital skills, is part of Google’s collaboration with the government of Pakistan to enhance the country’s digital and AI landscape.

It must be noted that the AI Industry Fellowship Pakistan's applications are open until November 14, and encourage corporations and large enterprises in Pakistan.
Participating entities need to submit real-world AI use cases that can be developed from concept to production during the programme's duration.
The fellowship is being launched in collaboration with SAP and TallyMarks Consulting (TMC) and is specifically designed for organisations already utilising AI to achieve significant societal or operational efficiency.
Google emphasises that its AI fellowship targets companies that are “the serious, not the curious,” focusing on practical AI adoption rather than exploratory experiments.
Eligibility criteria for Google's AI Industry Fellowship Pakistan
- Must be a Pakistan-registered company.
- Clear AI use case in Generative/Agentic/Data/Security domains.
- Scalable product or service with a considerable total addressable market.
- At least three employees from the applicant organisation must engage for the four-month period, including recommended attendees such as CIO, CTO, and leaders in Product/Data/Tech teams.
- Required from a business leader.
AI Industry Fellowship Pakistan will Kickoff in Karachi on November 18
For chosen organisations, the programme will be offered in person in Karachi on November 18, where Google Cloud AI specialists will collaborate with participants to co-develop AI strategies and solution roadmaps.
The fellowship includes two tracks, one designed for developers focused on AI implementation and the other for executives responsible for strategy and organisational alignment.
This dual structure ensures that impactful AI solutions are both conceptualised and supported by leadership.
