Just as the case of the upcoming release of any other smartphone or gadget, Samsung Galaxy S25 something the internet's rumour mill is focusing on.

Promising a range of upgrades over almost every aspect of the Samsung Galaxy S24, a latest series of leaks has emerged on the scene, extending more validation that would make the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 an outstanding offering by the South Korean tech giant.

Stemming from a reliable source with extensive familiarity, the report claims that the Galaxy S25 would be integrated with a Sony-based camera. Although the Isocell GN3 image converter has been sequentially used in the Galaxy S22, the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S24, but Sony stands out to have captured Samsung's attentiom, with its IMX989 and Lytia 808 image sensors being what Samsung is planning to install under the hood of its highest-end Galaxy S25.

These image sensors could mark a massive departure from the predecessor at 1 inch or 1/1.4 inch. The presently available Samsung Isocell GN3 has 1/5.6 inch. Since the resolution is already sufficient at this lens, the bar is likely to stay at 50MP, with the enhancement expected to potentially lay in the wide-angle camera.

Samsung Galaxy S25 battery endurance, charging speed

Like a 4,000 mAh battery on the Galaxy S24, it's not clear whether there will be any revamp in this segment. But the Galaxy S25 should make the most of its predecessor's efficient battery of the Exynos 2500, as it is said to consume less power due to the incorporated AI.

Samsung Galaxy S25 storage to add AI power

Samsung is said to be improving the flash memory of the Galaxy S25, reason being the minimal possibility of the addition of artificial intelligence in the cloud, for it requires more powerful hardware. The 128 GB version of the Galaxy S24 comes with the UFS 3.1 standard, while the other versions are based on the UFS 4.0 standard.

While there's little available pertaining to the storage for files and RAM, the speed of the UFS 4.0 storage in the Galaxy S25 is expected to double, said to increase from a maximum of 4 GB/s to a maximum of 8 GB/s.

Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Ultra price and availability

Leaks are hinting that the possibility of a price hike is less likely this year, considering the integration of Samsung's in-house chip. This means that enthusiasts would have to pay 899 Euros for the base variant of the Galaxy S25.
