Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra leaks: Disappointing battery specs, exciting camera upgrades

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to launch in early 2025, and rumours surfacing are already revealing some exciting upgrades, but there are also some disappointing specs about the upcoming device that might upset the Samsung users.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), a tipster has shared some details about the upcoming flagship, and Samsung will not be upgrading the battery life of the upcoming smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra specifications (rumours)

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will reportedly be expected to feature a 5,000mAh capacity battery, the same as its predecessor Galaxy S20 Ultra has been equipped. While the Samsung phones are well known for their excellent battery life, as the users are  disappointed to see that the upcoming smartphone might not be able to bring battery updates.

However, the tech giants competitors like Google and Asus are already offering their users a better battery life in their flagship devices.

Furthermore, it is expected that the charging speed of the upcoming smartphone might remain at 45W, which is still competitive but not as impressive as it should be considered with the premium price of Ultra series.

Meanwhile, the camera features are likely to get an upgrade. The quad-lens rear camera system will feature a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP super-telephoto camera, a secondary 50MP telephoto camera, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera.

This could make the Galaxy S25 Ultra one of the most unique camera phones in the marketplace. The design is also getting a revamp with a more rounded and thinner body, much like the Galaxy Note 7.
